We sell support contracts. You can buy a block of prepaid hours and you can use them in anyway you want. And when we say that you can use the support time for anything you want, we mean it. We will write scripts, generate calibration files, maintain hardware, program, etc. Whatever you need, we are at your service.

If you maintain a support contract for at least 60 hours/ year, all of the warranties for your Sixaolas and Dariens will be automatically extended. See: Warranty for more details.

Have a problem with your Sixaola?

Email us at support@osop.com.pa. Please include a description of the problem and your Sixaola’s technical details. You can do this is one of two ways:

  1. From the web interface: sign in >> navigate to Settings Overview >> scroll down and click on “Download report” button >> email us mySixaola.txt
  2. From the command line: ssh into the unit >> execute “mysixaola” >> copy and paste the output into the email
