We sell support contracts. You can buy a block of prepaid hours and you can use them in anyway you want. And when we say that you can use the support time for anything you want, we mean it. We will write scripts, generate calibration files, maintain hardware, program, etc. Whatever you need, we are at your service.

If you maintain a support contract for at least 60 hours/ year, all of the warranties for your calibration table will be automatically extended. See: guarantee for more details.
