How to turn on HDMI¶
We do not recommend leaving a monitor continuously connected to the Raspberry Shake. This is a resource-intensive application. To create a Raspberry Pi-driven Kiosk display, see: How to create a Raspberry Pi-driven Kiosk display
$ sudo nano /boot/config.txt
Uncomment: hdmi_force_hotplug=1 & Save
$ sudo reboot
leaving HDMI enabled like this will result in an increased power consumption of ~20mA ie 100mW.
