Warranty

Raspberry Shake products including the RS1D, RS3D, RS4D, RJAM, RBOOM and RS&BOOM have a formal 1 year warranty from ship date.

Not included in the warranty:

• Replacement of stolen or vandalized equipment

• Damage for inconsistent electricity/ lightning. We recommend pairing each Raspberry Shake with a UPS for protection.

• Shipping costs

• SD card. We recommend pairing each Raspberry Shake with a Un-interruptible Power Supply (UPS) for protection. This will significantly extend the life of the SD card (SD cards generally fail when power is lost abruptly and the OS did not have the opportunity to shut down properly)
