How to turn on HDMI#

Warning

$ sudo nano /boot/config.txt

Uncomment: hdmi_force_hotplug=1 & Save

$ sudo reboot

Warning

leaving HDMI enabled like this will result in an increased power consumption of ~20mA ie 100mW.
